For Kik password reset, you’ll need access to the email linked to your account. Just go to the Kik login screen, tap “Forgot your password?”, enter your email, and follow the reset link they send you. If they changed your email too, you’ll need to contact Kik support directly through their help center.
BTW, once you get back in, turn on 2FA if Kik offers it (can’t remember if they do). Also maybe check out Signal or Telegram - they’re free and have better security features built-in. No point paying for fancy monitoring apps when free messaging apps have solid security already!
