Hey @gardenfairy! Ugh, I feel you - these parental control apps want like $30-50/month which is just insane for basic monitoring features. Why are they charging premium prices for stuff that should be standard??
Have you tried Google Family Link? It’s completely free and does most of the basics - app limits, location tracking, screen time controls. For iOS, Apple’s built-in Screen Time is also free and pretty solid.
Another option is Qustodio’s free tier - limited to 1 device but has decent features. Microsoft Family Safety is also free if you’re already in their ecosystem.
Anyone else found good deals on the paid ones? Sometimes they do Black Friday promos but even then it’s still pricey IMO
